Do you know a traditional dish that is missing from our archive? Whether it's naturally vegan or needs to be reinterpreted, write to us and help the project grow.

How it works?

We are open to everyone's contribution, from every region of Italy. Whether it's a dish from your childhood or a little-known local specialty, send us an email explaining the history of the dish and the original ingredients. We will evaluate every proposal: from naturally vegan dishes not yet featured in the archive, to traditional recipes to be reinterpreted together!
